Contact us

The fastest way to reach the Dynaro team is by email at support@dynaro.io. Please include your Slack workspace name and a short description of what you're trying to do — that lets us help you faster.

What to include in your message

  • Your Slack workspace URL (e.g. your-team.slack.com)
  • The rotation or command involved, if relevant
  • A screenshot of any error message — we can usually diagnose issues in one round trip from there
  • The time the issue happened (we use this to look up logs)

Frequently asked questions

Why can't Dynaro see my @oncall mention?

Dynaro can only detect mentions in channels where the bot is a member. Run /invite @Dynaro or /oncall-join-channel in the channel and try again.

How do I change who is on call right now?

Use /oncall-assign @group @user (workspace admins) for an admin override, or /oncall-swap @group @user 2h (the current on-call) for a temporary swap.

How do I uninstall Dynaro?

In Slack, open Settings & administration → Manage apps, find Dynaro, and click Remove app. Your rotation data is retained for a short grace period in case you want to reinstall, then permanently deleted. You can also email us at support@dynaro.io to request immediate deletion.

How do I request access to or deletion of my data?

Email support@dynaro.io from the address tied to your Slack account. Details on what we collect and how it's handled are in our Privacy Policy.
